As reported by TASS in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic, illegal actions were committed from 2023 to 2024. “The suspects were concluded contracts for the purchase of living space in three housing estates in Kaspiysk with borrowers - recipients of maternity capital funds. It turned out that in fact citizens were not shareholders of HSC, the report said. As a result of falsified information submitted to the branch of the pension and social insurance fund, the credit consumer cooperative received maternity capital funds worth more than 277 million rubles. After the fact of theft of funds was revealed, the investigating authorities opened a criminal case under the article on fraud.
