Melikov said that after the return of Sultanov with a victory home, his merits will be marked by a regional award, which the head of Dagestan will pass personally. “We are proud that such brave and devoted people as you represent our republic in the ranks of defenders of the Fatherland,” Melikov wrote in his Telegram channel. He also recalled other heroes - natives of the Caucasian Republic: Nurmagomed Hajimagomedov, Temirlan Abutalimov, Magomed Isbakiev.
