Governor Veniamin Kondratiev told about the work of a large volunteer organization in the Kuban.
The all-Russian public movement "Volunteers of Victory" is one of the most popular patriotic movements of the country, which unites more than 900 thousand people in all regions of Russia. Last year, a record number of volunteers joined the movement in the Krasnodar Territory – 4,000 people. In total, the movement unites over 32 thousand people in the Kuban. "Victory Volunteers" care for veterans, restore family histories, improve military graves and memorials. They help to preserve the memory of the great past and historical authenticity. In addition, volunteers help in collecting humanitarian aid for the participants of the special operation, weave masks, write letters of support and visit hospitals. According to the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, the team of volunteers includes not only schoolchildren and students, but also working youth and “silver” volunteers. This year, when Russia celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the most active representatives of the movement will participate in federal and international projects dedicated to a significant date. As Veniamin Kondratiev specified, you can join the public movement from the age of 14 by submitting an application on the website of volunteers of Victory.rf.
