In the Sverdlovsk region, the court arrested three residents of the city of Kamensk-Ural, who kidnapped two girls and abused them at a car wash. They were charged, according to the IC of the Russian Federation in the region in its Telegram channel.
It is noted that the investigation department charged all arrested under three articles - "Hooliganism", "Abduction", "Coercion to sexual acts". The maximum penalty for offenders is 12 years in prison. The Investigative Committee will request that the accused be taken into custody. Earlier media reported that the attackers were detained on February 21 – a month and a half after the crime. All three are currently in jail.
