In 2024, a new outpatient clinic opened in Yugydyaga, which provided a place for a pharmacy. At the end of January 2025, the Ust-Kulom Central District Hospital and the State Pharmacies of the Komi Republic signed a lease agreement for this room. Currently, state pharmacies are conducting preparatory activities for the opening of the pharmacy. In particular, a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion was received. A license will be obtained within 5 working days. The planned opening date is the beginning of the second quarter of 2025. Delivery from the Ust-Kulomsk CRB of preferential drugs that are prescribed in the outpatient clinic is provided on an ongoing basis. In addition, in the neighboring village of Smolyanka there is a FAP, where there is a certain set of medicines. If necessary, the local obstetrician buys and brings medicines on personal applications of residents.
