According to him, 58 stores from among those selling hot drinks have already applied for exclusion from the relevant licenses. About 70 objects are under control - the grounds for restrictions are specified. Filimonov also said that sales of alcohol in the region since the beginning of spring fell by a third. Earlier, the governor explained that restrictions on the sale of alcohol are a necessary measure in the fight against the demographic crisis and its devastating consequences. The population of the most ethnically Russian region of the country is dying out, and the authorities cannot remain indifferent. Local residents are mostly positive about the innovation.
