These are Uglichsky, Yaroslavl, Rybinsky, Danilovsky, Bolsheselsky districts and Pereslavl-Zalessky. According to the press service of the regional Emergencies Ministry of Russia, 84 TP, 47 settlements with a population of 1953 people, including 164 children, fell into the blackout zone. 9 brigades of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia were involved in the restoration of electricity: 29 people and 11 units of equipment. The work is scheduled to be completed by noon today.
