Residential quarters are planned to be built between Malaya Norskaya and Big Norskaya streets. It is already known that two kindergartens and 8-storey houses will be located on this territory. What the 13th district will look like is still unknown. Architects from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Yaroslavl and Kaliningrad presented their vision in November, but the developer will have the last word. According to the contract, the company must provide documentation for the planning of the territory to the city planning department in May. And only after its approval, the developer will be allocated land for the construction of buildings.
