Fans of lying on benches and decorating the city with illumination could not do this since May 2024. Such a ban was adopted by public activist Sergei Kazansky in response to complaints from citizens, YarNews reports. Explanatory work was carried out with violators of city rules. There was no penalty for free conduct. According to the new rules, residents and guests of Yaroslavl will not be allowed to sit on the backs of benches, as well as spoil and pollute urns, street lamps and other architectural structures.
