In the Yaroslavl region began registration for participation in the regional personnel project for soldiers of the SVO "Heroes of Yaroslavl". Recall that the start of the program, similar to the federal "Time of Heroes", on the eve of the Defender of the Fatherland Day was given by Governor Mikhail Evraev. “The new personnel project will help yesterday’s SVO fighters acquire the necessary competencies for state and municipal service, bright public activities or work at leading enterprises,” said Vera Dargel, Deputy Prime Minister of the region. It will be possible to apply for participation until March 24 on the platform of the ANO “Russia – Land of Opportunities” through the regional portal. The participant needs to create a personal account, fill out a questionnaire, attach documents, write an essay and fully answer three questions about the reasons for participation in the project. As part of the second stage of the competition, an online test will be held. As a result, management capacity will be assessed. The stage will take place from March 31 to April 24. This will be followed by face-to-face selection. From May 5 to June 2, representatives of the public council of the program and invited experts will hold a question-and-answer with each participant. The results of the competitive selection will be known by the end of June. According to preliminary data, the finalists will be from 30 to 70 people. After that, they will have to undergo an additional program of professional retraining and internship in authorities, enterprises, public organizations and business structures of the region.
