It is noted that Chichvarkin twice during the year was brought to administrative responsibility for violation of the order of activity of a foreign agent. At the same time, from 4 to 12 March 2025, he continued to publish messages and materials without indicating that they were created by a foreign agent. The materials of the prosecutorâs inspection were sent to the investigator to resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case against Chichvarkin under the article on evasion of duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on foreign agents.
