The level of aggression of dogs depends largely on the level of the environment. For example, in Turkey, the climate is warmer and there are almost no sub-zero temperatures. And, accordingly, dogs do not need calories, which they need in winter conditions, said Buduev. Earlier, Deputy Buduev said that the state Duma will stimulate the struggle of municipalities with illegal landfills.
