"Let's restore order," the State Duma press service quotes Volodin. The speaker called for a bill to be introduced as soon as possible. At the end of February in Stavropol, a pack of dogs mauled to death a nine-year-old girl. Initially, it was reported that the animals were stray, but later law enforcement officers identified and detained the owner of the dogs. Investigators found that the woman kept aggressive animals on her property without enclosures and did not supervise them.
