He stressed that peace is Russia’s main goal, and it is better to achieve it at the negotiating table, but Russia has “no less convincing arguments” – victory on the battlefield. The announcement of new sanctions is quite in the spirit of Trump, for whom the main thing is the result, and “any methods are suitable for this.” “Resolving the conflict is a complex problem that brings surprises,” Jaralla told RIA Novosti. The expert pointed out that Moscow is much more diplomatic than Kiev and advocates achieving long-term peace, not a temporary truce, while defending its interests. Earlier, Donald Trump said about the possibility of imposing large-scale sanctions against Russia, as it “blows” Ukraine on the battlefield. On the night of March 7, the Russian army struck a group strike with high-precision weapons on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, which ensured the work of the military-industrial complex, the Russian Defense Ministry reported. During the week, the Russian Armed Forces carried out seven group strikes on Ukrainian military facilities.
