Thank you very much, the Russian head of state said. Myanmar handed over six elephant cubs (five girls and one boy) to Moscow Circus in January 2025. The transfer of the animals took place under the personal supervision of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin held talks in the Kremlin with Myanmar Prime Minister Min Aung Hlain, during which the prime minister of the republic said that the world is moving towards multipolarity thanks to Russia, and the conflict in Ukraine arose due to the opposition of Western countries to this process. Before that, the Prime Minister of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar met with the head of the government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. In his speech, the Russian Prime Minister stressed that Russia and Myanmar will continue joint cooperation in many areas of the economy.
