On February 24, the European Union adopted the 16th package of restrictions against Russia, which includes 48 individuals and 35 legal entities from the Russian Federation. The EU claims that the National Center “Russia” and its head support and pursue a policy that allegedly threatens the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Also, EU sanctions were imposed against actor Mikhail Galustyan and head of the Open New Democracy Foundation Christina Potupchik.
