📝 Summary

The leader of the Christian Democratic and Christian Social Unions (CDU/CSU) bloc, Friedrich Merz, after winning the early elections to the Bundestag, may create a coalition with the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD). This opinion on the air of the TV channel “Russia 24” was expressed by the district deputy of the Altsai-Worms district from the party “Alternative for Germany” (AfD) Konstantin Savin.

The politician found it difficult to answer what agreements are possible between the leaders of both parties. “Mertz must first form a coalition. A coalition is likely to be formed with the Social Democrats. Olaf Scholz (German Chancellor – approx. ed.), as he said, will not participate in the negotiations, and the chief of the faction should be Lars Klingbail. He will negotiate with Christian Democrats, including Merz. What they will agree on at the moment can not be said, because in recent years, there has been mainly migration policy and also negative propaganda towards our party “Alternative for Germany”, – said Savin. The candidate for Chancellor of Germany from the bloc CDU / CSU Friedrich Merz said that a new government in the country can be formed before the Catholic Easter, which will be celebrated on April 20. According to the German electoral Commission, in the early parliamentary elections in Germany won the conservative bloc CDU / CSU, gaining 28.6% of the vote. The Alternative for Germany (AfD) is in second place with 20.8%.
