According to the security forces, scammers contact potential victims through the messenger and offer citizens to “receive a letter” – in person or electronically. If a person chooses the second option, the scheme will continue. “Russian Post never calls customers,” the state-owned company reminded TASS. They added that they never ask customers for SMS codes, as scammers do.
