According to the study, salary offers for couriers since March last year, the capital for the year increased by 41%. “Couriers are taken as an example of the most widespread and mass work that does not require education and qualifications,” SuperJob explained. The increase in payments is justified by the demand for delivery services and the general reduction of the labor force in the country. For the study, the company analyzed 5.1 thousand vacancies posted on the portal in March 2025 in Moscow. The average salary in Russia in 2024, according to Rosstat, amounted to 87,952 rubles.
