📝 Summary

Dalnegorsk District Court of Primorsky Krai, at the suit of the Prosecutor General’s Office, paid 100% of the shares of Dalpolymetal Mining and Metallurgical Complex to the state revenue. This was reported by TASS in the joint press service of the judicial system of Primorye.

The court granted Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Tkachev to businessman Eduard Yanakov, who served as a State Duma deputy from 2008 to 2011, as well as other defendants. Thus, the shares of Dalpolymetal were transferred as property, in respect of which there is no evidence of its acquisition for legitimate income in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on combating corruption. Dalpolymetal is one of the oldest mining enterprises in Primorye. The company is engaged in the extraction of lead and zinc ores, which are used in the military industry. The assets of the enterprise are estimated at 32 billion rubles, with reserves of mines worth 270 billion rubles.
