As reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia and the chairperson of the "Defenders of the Fatherland" foundation, Anna Tsivileva, the organization has received a large number of applications from young people seeking to acquire new skills and education. She noted that the foundation provides participants of special military operations with the opportunity to develop in various directions. "We have a lot of young people who want to realize themselves, especially those living in rural areas, particularly in the agro-industrial complex. Currently, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, they are being provided with supporting grants, funding to help them start their own business. There are many applications for fields such as the creative industry. <...>. We have programs like "Time of Heroes," where senior positions are provided, job opportunities for our heroes," said the deputy minister. Tsivileva emphasized that veterans of special operations show great interest in acquiring new skills and competencies. "It is important for us that a person acquires a profession that is in demand in the region. Not to train everyone as lawyers or psychologists, and then they wander around not knowing where to find employment. It is important that their profession, their skills are in demand in the region where they reside," she added. According to Tsivileva, the foundation organizes a large number of job fairs in collaboration with state corporations such as Rosatom, Rostec, and Russian Railways, as well as companies in the fuel and energy sector.
