According to Tsivileva, the fund receives applications for acquiring new competencies and skills. "There are a lot of requests for obtaining new competencies, new education, further improvement. There are a lot of requests, and the majority of our heroes are asking for assistance specifically in higher education, in various fields," she said. Tsivileva added that all leading universities in Russia, both in the capital and in the regions, provide assistance to the fund in this matter. According to her, educational institutions are ready to offer free education to veterans of special military operations. The Deputy Minister also previously mentioned that the fund receives a large number of requests for assistance in employment. As of now, more than 10,000 such applications have been submitted.
