This was reported by GTRK "Murmansk" with reference to the statement of the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia, head of the media relations department Svetlana Petrenko. According to her, investigators have studied archival documents and confirmed the existence of plans by the Nazis to destroy the entire Soviet people. "From the very beginning of the Great Patriotic War, there were numerous air raids on Murmansk by enemy aircraft, resulting in human casualties. Civil infrastructure objects were subjected to fierce bombardments. Entire city blocks were burned down, and buildings turned into ruins. Such crimes have no statute of limitations, and the Investigative Committee of Russia continues its work to document and prove them," emphasized Svetlana Petrenko.
