Their speed is proposed to limit to 10 kilometers per hour. “It is also forbidden to require a pedestrian to skip the SIM, including by giving an audio signal,” the Ministry of Transport added. Earlier, a survey was launched for residents of Yekaterinburg, in which it is proposed to answer the question whether the city needs additional restrictions for electric scooters, skateboards, gyroscooters, Segways and monowheels.
