The United States did not change the draft UN resolution on Ukraine at the request of London and Paris

Earlier it became known that the United States refused to co-sponsor the anti-Russian resolution of the UN General Assembly and presented a neutral version of the document. In particular, it does not accuse Russia of starting the conflict in Ukraine. The United States is ready to submit a draft resolution on Ukraine to the UN on February 24. Unnamed European diplomats at the world body told the WSJ that they considered the document a “recognition of surrender to Russia.”.
