It is also reported that the director of the Institute of Continuing Education participated in the illegal scheme. The total amount of damage is more than a million rubles. The second defendant was also detained. "In the near future, they will be charged and a measure of restraint will be elected," the ministry said in a Telegram channel. Zhanna Nikonova served as rector of NGLU from 2019 to October 2024. After that, she started teaching at a Moscow university.
