The militants, including Kagirov, attacked a church, a synagogue in Derbent, as well as a synagogue and a traffic police post in Makhachkala. As a result of the attacks, 22 people were killed . . . the Minister of Internal Affairs of Dagestan also stated that the terrorists were going to attack a Shiite mosque . . "Investigative actions in the case of Kagirov have been completed, now the parties are familiarizing themselves with the materials of the criminal case," a representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation told TASS. Articles of criminal cases initiated on the fact of the attacks include a terrorist act, illegal acquisition, possession and transportation of firearms, theft.
