State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin in his Telegram reminded that from March 1, a number of new laws come into force in Russia.
In March, Russia will ban the sale of energy and gas-containing goods to minors. Volodin stressed that the health of children is a priority of the State Duma. In addition, the law will come into force obliging foreign agents to credit to a special ruble account income from the sale of real estate and transport, interest on deposits, as well as the use of intellectual activity. They will be able to use money from the account only after removing the status of a foreign agent. In March, Russians will be able to establish a self-prohibition on the issuance of loans to protect themselves from fraudsters, and new requirements will be imposed on the advertising of loans: it will need to indicate absolutely all conditions affecting the full cost of loans, or a link to a website with such data. This should help citizens make informed decisions, Volodin noted. From March 1, Russia will also reduce the burden on teachers: they will prepare documents on a specific list.
