Zakharova noted that the Russian side "hears and understands the arguments" of Baku, but "it is always possible to find mutually acceptable solutions." “I do not see any contradictions between respect for the rule of law and normal mutually respectful relations to resolve the situation,” the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said.
