According to the agency, in September 2023, according to the results of an electronic auction for the sale of a complex of municipal non-residential premises on Technological Street, JSC Asphalt Concrete Plant won. In November of the same year, the municipal management company Krasnoyarskaya concluded two contracts for the sale of real estate worth more than 4.5 million rubles with the company. Asphalt concrete factory made full payment. According to the materials of the UK, on the instructions of the adviser, the head of the housing and communal services department and the acting director of the MP "MUK Krasnoyarskaya" sent the buyer notification of termination of contracts for the sale of real estate. The deal was subsequently terminated. The department added that within the framework of the investigation, a criminal legal assessment will be given to the accomplices of the crime.
