📝 Summary
The court in Krasnoyarsk granted the petition of the investigation and detained the adviser to the mayor of the city Artur Harutyunyan, suspected of exceeding official powers. This was reported in the GSU TFR in the region.
It is noted that the official was arrested for 1 month 16 days – until April 12, 2025. According to the investigation, in 2023 Harutyunyan gave his instructions to his subordinates to terminate the contract of purchase and sale of a complex of municipal non-residential premises worth more than 4.5 million rubles with the asphalt concrete plant.
