The expert emphasized that the stormtroopers from the 39th brigade are true professionals who have mastered a large amount of new equipment and almost all military specialties. "We know, the 39th brigade, what it is known for, also has a special assistant to the brigade commander for working with believers. These guys are compassionate and empathetic. Therefore, it was important for them to free the civilians. First of all, to evacuate them through the forest strips from the settlement," said Yeranosyan. According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces, on the other hand, are accustomed to opening fire during the evacuation of civilians. Civilians had to be evacuated from Ulakly under fire from Ukrainian militants, as previously reported by a fighter with the call sign Party. The armed forces of Russia liberated the village of Ulakly in the Donetsk People's Republic on February 23, as reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
