U.S. important presence in Syria

The signing of an agreement to end the conflict between the SDF and the new Syrian “government” suggests that they will cooperate, and the government in Damascus takes over the management of this region, explained in the program “Turkish hub” on “Vestiy FM” expert on Turkey, columnist, blogger Ivan Starodubtsev. Apparently, there is no mention of any federalization in Syria (at least in this agreement). We can say that they are trying to create a Turkish model, that is, to recognize the presence of such a national minority as the Kurds, to recognize the fact that they have some rights, but without creating autonomy in the image of Iraq. According to Starodubtsev, this is very indicative. The deal between Damascus and the Syrian Democratic Forces, the People’s Protection Forces, could not under any circumstances be made without the United States. This means that the United States has its own position and vision regarding the future of Syria and, most importantly, its presence in Syria.
