With the help of tablets, our fighters will be able to control drones, monitor the situation from the air and the ground. The Novosibirsk unit BARS "Orion" began to be formed in 2025. It consists of volunteers from the Novosibirsk region. Currently, they are being deployed to the ATO zone. "All the technical means that we will have in our arsenal will help us make decisions as quickly as possible, and speed, as a rule, affects the outcome," noted the commander of the assault reconnaissance platoon of BARS "Orion" Vladimir Anischenko. Since the start of the special military operation, thousands of caring people have been helping the fighters. Every month, trucks transport medicines, supplies, food, camouflage nets, bunker candles, equipment from quadcopters to all-terrain vehicles and UAZs. Humanitarian aid collection is ongoing at many enterprises. Anti-drone guns and copters, acquired by the State Housing Inspection employees, are already helping the fighters in their service on the front lines. "The main thing is control, when there is control, there will be victory. We understand the importance of this task, this victory is very important for our Motherland," emphasized the head of the State Housing Inspection of the Novosibirsk region Alexander Polishchuk. Novosibirsk residents hope that the new equipment will become a reliable support for those who are defending the country's interests. Volunteers maintain communication with the fighters. In these days, several more large shipments of humanitarian cargo, collected based on requests from participants in the special operation, are expected to arrive in the ATO zone.
