By the 30th year, about 700 kilometers of regional highways and roads inside settlements should be brought to the norm, almost one and a half thousand meters of artificial structures should be repaired and built. Road safety is not only the quality of infrastructure facilities, but also compliance with traffic rules, improving driving culture, stressed at the meeting. Last year, more than six hundred accidents were recorded in the republic, in which 134 people died. Elimination of the causes of accidents on the roads in the second half of the 24th paid the most attention, said the head of the regional traffic police Yuri Begidov. And now they analyze each accident in detail. Parliament Speaker Tatiana Egorova also touched upon the issue of ensuring security on public transport. The discussion lasted more than an hour and a half. There were so many questions and proposals that in the near future the parliament intends to consider this topic in a broader format: invite experts and representatives of public organizations and hold parliamentary hearings. By the decision of the Presidium, deputies will begin to consider the republican bill on children of war. Among the proposed support measures are the extraordinary provision of medical services, the preferential right to social services, the right of war children to receive free legal assistance. Lawmakers will soon consider the bill in its first reading.
