The motive was a personal conflict. Two weeks later, in the village of Repino in the Kurortny district, the suspects killed five more people, including a minor child. The perpetrators shot their cars. After the crime, the criminal left Russia using fake documents. Initially, he went to Argentina, then moved to Paraguay, from where he was extradited to Russia in 2023 at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office.
