In the all-Russian rental came the film version of the play “Paul I”. About how the loudest productions become closer and more accessible to Lipchan, will tell Ekaterina Polosina. In the center of the plot is the Russian Emperor Pavel the First on the eve of his tragic death. This performance at the Moscow Vakhtangov Theater collects sold-outs, tickets are sold out for months in advance. The residents of Lipchan were able to see the capital's production on the big screen - thanks to the project "Theater in Cinema". The main role is the popular actor Alexander Oleshko. In the image of the emperor, the artist is completely unrecognizable. The actor himself calls Pavel the First a Russian Hamlet, and the work on the role is a challenge to himself and the destruction of the stage role. For this work, Oleshko received the Crystal Turandot and Golden Knight awards. The film version of the production was created by the TV channel “Russia-Culture” together with the theater named after Evgeny Vakhtangov. The film was shot with eight cameras, so viewers can see the smallest details, appreciate the emotions of the actors. The story of the autocrat, on whom the fate of many people depended and who himself was surrounded by mortal enemies, found a vivid response among the Lipchans. The Theatre in Cinema project has already covered more than 100 cities. In the posters - and high-profile premieres of recent years, and gold classics, previously unavailable to view.
