In the building of the former Irkutsk boarding school, a mining farm illegally worked

According to the press service of the department, during the inspection, a violation of the use of electricity was revealed. “It was established that in the village of Cossack, a local non-profit organization placed 96 pieces of mining equipment in a three-storey non-residential building of the former boarding school,” the report said. The land where the farm was located was intended for educational facilities. In addition, the legislation on electricity and fire safety was violated. There was no automatic fire alarm system in the building. The organization also did not conduct preventive tests of electrical equipment. In relation to the head of the company initiated a case of administrative offences. The court satisfied the lawsuit filed by the prosecutor on the prohibition of mining activities and dismantling of equipment, as well as the termination of misuse of the land plot.
