In the "Svetofor" stores in Udmurtia, spoiled products, counterfeit cream, and goods without veterinary accompanying documents were found. This was reported by the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov Region, Udmurtia, and the Perm Territory. During an unscheduled inspection of the store network, the administration's employees discovered the sale of expired chicken sausages and frozen wings. In addition, frozen chicken cutlets, sausage products, and dumplings were lacking veterinary accompanying documents. As a result of the investigations, it was found that ultra-pasteurized cream produced in the Kemerovo Region was being sold in the stores. Counterfeit vegetable fats were found in them. Specialists found a species-specific DNA fragment of birds in pork-beef cutlets from Udmurtia. A total of 690.95 kilograms of products were withdrawn from circulation and destroyed. Information about the manufacturer from the Kemerovo Region has been forwarded to the Siberian Interregional Administration of Rosselkhoznadzor. The entrepreneur will be held accountable.
