The Deputy Prime Minister noted that in the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for life" it is necessary to build by 2030 more than 1 billion square meters of housing. The commission for the development of housing construction created by the government is engaged in identifying the inefficient use of land in the federal treasury to transfer them for construction. “There has been a dramatic increase in the number of issues under consideration, which has led to an increase in federal property sales. We have entered the volume of 11.5 thousand hectares recently. We received income of more than 100 billion rubles. A fairly large number of real estate has already been built on these sites, Khusnullin said. The Deputy Prime Minister said that Rosimushchestvo is working on creating a single digital platform that allows to keep records of public property in Russia. In mid-February, the Central Bank reported that in December 2024, the commissioning of housing in Russia for the first time in several years decreased by 13.3%.
