Then, as noted in the material, visitors were asked to stop visiting prisoners for a while, and disinfection began in the cells. According to a prison service official, the treatment affected “a small number of cells.” Earlier, The Independent newspaper already wrote that prisoners in prisons in Britain suffer from blood-sucking insects, bites of poisonous spiders and the invasion of rats. Parasites are a source of infections, which becomes an acute problem. Prisons are filled with cockroaches and biting flies in showers, and dead rotting rodents lie in corridors and cells.
