This happened due to a failure in the booking system in November and December 2024. Passengers had to fly from Novosibirsk Tolmachevo airport to Krasnoyarsk, Ulan-Ude and Irkutsk. For violation of the rights of passengers, the air carrier was brought to administrative responsibility and fined 30 thousand rubles, the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office reports.
