The American side has not decided when, under what conditions they want to sign it at this stage. Ukraine is ready to sign at any time, she said. The meeting between US President Donald Trump and the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, at which the text of the resource agreement was planned to be signed, was held in Washington on February 28. Suddenly, it turned into a verbal spat. According to Fox News, Trump “threw” Zelensky because of his “disrespect” for the United States in his words. As a result, Washington and Kiev canceled the signing of the agreement on rare earth metals.
