Under his leadership, for the first time in Russia, a 48-hour treatment protocol for fractures of the proximal femur in elderly and geriatric patients has been successfully implemented. Mikhail Belov actively collaborates with colleagues from China and India, and is involved in the scientific activities of the medical university.
