CJSC Volgatransneft was charged with violating the requirements of technical regulations. It is noted that the vessel "Volgoneft-212" was set a specific period of stay in the waters of the Black and Azov seas, but "it was violated." On February 13, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory appointed Volgatransneft an administrative fine of 300 thousand rubles. The same fine was imposed on Volgoneft-109 and Volgoneft-270. The collapse of the tankers Volgoneft-212 and Volgoneft-239 occurred on December 15, 2024. As a result, about 2.5 thousand tons of oil products got into the water. The lawsuit against the shipowner was filed by the transport prosecutor's office.
