The gang who abused students at the car wash, has previously kidnapped a man

About the new criminal episode of the gang reports the SU IC of the Russian Federation in the Sverdlovsk region. It is noted that the investigation managed to identify the fifth defendant. On the night of August 1, 2023, a young man with a group of accomplices placed a 20-year-old local resident in the trunk of a passenger car and was taken away in an unknown direction. He was physically abused and later released. The new defendant is Victor Kukhtin. He was charged under paragraphs "a", "c", "h" of part 2 of article 126 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation ("Abduction of a person committed by a group of persons on preliminary conspiracy, with the use of violence, for selfish motives"). He was arrested a few days ago. The abducted young man did not go to the police at first. But after learning about the incident at the car wash, he reported his situation to law enforcement officers. Currently, the defendants continue to be investigated for involvement in other similar crimes , the incident at the car wash occurred in early January 2025, but it was not discovered until a month later. A group of hooligans led by David Anashkin took four students to a car wash, where the girls were doused with ice water and foam, beaten and threatened. On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was initiated under the article on hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Later, a criminal case was opened in connection with the abduction (paragraphs "a", "c", "d", "g" of part 2 of article 126 of the criminal code) and coercion to acts of a sexual nature (paragraph "a" of part 3 of article 133 of the criminal code).
