According to the investigation, in the period from 2020 to 2024, the management of the clinic concluded a contract for the sale of medical products at an unreasonably inflated price. “This agreement did not make economic sense,” the statement said. The funds were transferred to the account of the organization, in connection with which the clinic suffered material damage. A criminal case under the article “Fraud” has been initiated. Currently, the issue of choosing a preventive measure by the suspect is being decided. During the searches, two cars worth more than 15 million rubles were seized from the detainees.
