As reported by RIA Novosti, the press service of GUM-skating rink announced that the 19th skating season will end on March 9. This means that everyone will be able to celebrate International Women's Day on the perfect ice. "Skating on the Red Square near GUM with a view of the Kremlin towers and St. Basil's Cathedral is an extraordinary feeling!" - clarified the press service. Visitors also have the opportunity to learn how to play hockey by attending hockey master classes based on the national training program for hockey players "Red Machine" in collaboration with the Russian Hockey Federation. "On March 1 and 8 at 9:00, beginners are welcome on the ice, at 10:30 there will be classes for students of sports schools. On Sundays at 9:00 and 10:30 sessions, fans of figure skating can receive training at master classes by the school of Anastasia Grebenkina," - noted the press service.
