The information is posted in the Telegram channel of the Prosecutor’s office of the Sverdlovsk region. According to the court, in November 2024, a nine-year-old boy went to the store and fell into an unfenced pit two meters deep, filled with water, which was 120 meters from the house. An hour later, the parents found the child unconscious. It turned out that a local entrepreneur who carried out subcontracting work for the construction of a gas pipeline in Talitsa violated safety and did not fence the pits. As a result, a child drowned in one of the pits. The court appointed the defendant two years of suspended imprisonment. He is also banned from managing construction and repair activities for two years.
