Since the beginning of the year, the Orenburg personnel centers have helped 680 residents of the region find employment.
100 women received consultations on starting their own business, 10 of them registered as self-employed. 200 women from Orenburg are directed to training in a new profession. Thanks to the employment service, resident of the Pervomaisky district Irina Kustol found a job with a suitable schedule. She is a mother of three and now works at the district library. Another example: a mother of many children from Tyulgana, Olesya Bugayets, with the support of career consultants, underwent training and opened a business in the field of courier delivery. It is noted that consultants develop an individual support plan for each applicant. They not only help them acquire a profession, but also teach them how to write a resume and provide tips on how to successfully pass an interview.
